Fully Cooked Sausages

Salamina offers a wide selection of Fully Cooked Sausages. These include Portuguese, Greek, German, and several others. Salamina will also manufacture special orders, provided the minimum order quantity is met.

Raw Sausages

At this time, Salamina offers an Italian Sausage and a Brazilian sausage. The Italian sausage comes in a mild and hot flavor profile and both taste just like the old fashion homemade sausages that originated in Italy decades ago. Salamina offers the mild sausage meat in bulk—without the casing—for applications where just the meat is required.

It is important to note that since these products are fresh frozen, no sodium nitrite is added. In addition, all Salamina sausages are gluten-free, MSG-free, lactose-free, nut-free, and peanut-free.
